Male and Female Weight Management
Nutrition is supported via easy to follow guidelines with an individualistic approach.
Male
Nutrition is based around increasing energy use, sustaining muscle growth, and reducing excess visceral fat distribution. Where needed supplements are investigated and appropriately administered on an individual basis.
Female
Individualised nutrition is adopted supporting hormonal requirements, increasing energy, improving mental health, and adopting lifelong healthy choices for weight management. Referrals are supported for further investigative purposes.
Athletes
Athletes require additional nutrition for added strength and ability, along with muscle building and repair. Nutrition is based around specific athletic needs which include:
- Human and Supplement Testing Australia (HASTA) approved supplements by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)

Energy
Our young people need nutritional support to help them with strength and vitality supporting their growth, both physically and mentally. With low energy levels behaviour can be negatively affected.
Sleep
8 to 10 hours of sleep are required for our young people. They require this, not only to help them grow, but to repair from their highly active, busy days. Additionally, negative behaviours can present, along with gastrointestinal upsets.
Skin Conditions
Developing physically sees many hormonal changes that are often linked to skin conditions. However, sometimes skin issues can present as allergies, intolerances, or environmental exposures.
